1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the interdepartmental commission of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning establishment of market value of the energy companies and creation of investment appeal in the energy sector.
2. Interdepartmental commission:
- in a month to develop and approve work plans for the IV quarter 2008 and the I quarter 2009;
- following the results of assessment work of market value of the energy companies to submit the report in the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on department of power and mineral resources of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
