1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on accounting treatment, estimates, storages and the realization confiscated, which passed to the state ownerless and on property inheritance right, and also the property which passed to treasury as not having heirs, and treasures.

2. Determine that:

the means from realization confiscated, which passed to the state ownerless and on inheritance right of property are enlisted in the income of the Centralized budget of Turkmenistan;

50 percent from the amounts which are subject to transfer in the income of the Centralized budget of Turkmenistan in accordance with the established procedure go to Fund of financial support of bodies of defense industry and law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan;

the property which passed to the state as ownerless, suitable for use in military and law enforcement agencies is reported in accordance with the established procedure for use in the specified authorities.

3. Assign to the Main State Tax Service of Turkmenistan implementation of the accounting confiscated, which passed to the state ownerless and on property inheritance right, and also the property which passed to treasury as not having heirs, and treasures, ensuring control of safety of the specified property and treasures, and also the means coming to the budget from their realization.
