About establishment of forms of the passport of the builder and the acceptance act in operation of unauthorized construction

Based on paragraph two of part four of Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for the decision making on unauthorized constructions approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2007 No. 1802, and part two of Item 27 of the Regulations on procedure for preparation and issue of allowing documentation on construction of facilities approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 20, 2007 No. 223 "About some measures for enhancement of architectural and construction activities" the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish:

form of the passport of the builder according to appendix 1;

acceptance act form in operation of unauthorized construction according to appendix 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective in ten days after its official publication.
