For the purpose of normative settlement of check of technical condition of wheel vehicles by automobile carriers according to article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for test of technical condition of vehicles by automobile carriers which is applied.
2. To State department of road transport (Sheepherd P. A.):
2.1. Submit this order on state registration in the procedure established by the legislation;
2.2. Bring this order and the Procedure for test of technical condition of vehicles automobile carriers to permission of carriers of all patterns of ownership;
2.3. Promulgate this order and the Procedure for test of technical condition of vehicles automobile carriers on the websites of Mintranssvyaz and Ukravtotrans.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations.
