1. Approve Regulations on the State housing-and-municipal inspection which are applied.

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 12, 2007 N 717 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, N 37, Art. 1471; 2008, N 24, the Art. 736), changes which are applied.

1. The state housing-and-municipal inspection (Goszhilkommuninspektion) is governmental body which is effective in Minzhilkommunkhoz's system, responsible before the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine accountable and under control to the Minister of housing and communal services.

Goszhilkommuninspektion in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, and also the presidential decrees of Ukraine and resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted according to the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Minzhilkommunkhoz's orders and this Provision.
3. The main tasks of Goszhilkommuninspektion are:
