1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for placement, architectural registration and the equipment of objects of roadside service on highways public.
2. Subitem 5.54 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 141, 5/22781), to state in the following edition:
"5.54. within the conferred powers approves general schemes of development of roadside service on republican highways and performs coordination of activities of republican state bodies, local executive and administrative organs, legal entities, individual entrepreneurs on placement of objects of roadside service;".
3. Recognize invalid:

4. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus in three-months time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take other measures for its realization.
