Some questions of social protection of separate categories of citizens
For the purpose of preserving level of social protection of separate categories of citizens the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. To the ministry of social policy and the Ministry of Finance to consider during preparation of drafts of decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning compensation of employees of budgetary institutions need of step-by-step increase in official pay rates for:
scientific and pedagogical and scientists to the double size of the average monthly salary in the industry;
pedagogical, health and pharmaceutical workers to the size of the average monthly salary in the industry;
cultural workers, specialists of education system to the size of the average monthly salary of staff employees in economy industries.
2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice in coordination with Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine to prepare within three weeks the draft of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on increase for 25 percent of official pay rates of workers of the institutions of health protection occupied with survey of persons who suffered owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, and provision of medical care by it.
