About establishment of some amount of payments which are financed by means of the government budget

In pursuance of Item 7 of the Law of Ukraine of June 14, 2011 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2011" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides No. 3491-VI:

1. Determine that to persons injured with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, monthly additional pension according to the Law of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of the citizens injured with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" is paid for the harm done to health in such sizes to the subsistence minimum established by the law for persons which lost working capacity:

1) to those which belong to category 1:

to disabled people of the I group - 30 percent;

to disabled people of the II group - 20 percent;

to disabled people of III group, handicapped children, and also suffering as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash on radiation sickness - 15 percent;

2) to those which belong to category 2, - 15 percent;

3) to those which belong to category 3, - 10 percent;

4) to those which belong to category 4, - 5 percent.

2. Determine that monthly compensation to families for loss of the supporter as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash according to the Law of Ukraine "About the status and social protection of the citizens injured with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash which is appointed to each disabled family member who was on its content cannot be lower than 10 percent of the subsistence minimum established by the law for persons which lost working capacity.

3. Determine that in all cases the sizes of pensions for disabled people concerning whom the causal relationship of disability is established with the Chernobyl catastrophic crash and pensions in connection with loss of the supporter as a result of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, cannot be lower:
