About the Standard procedure for customs control and customs clearance of goods of separate category

For the purpose of streamlining of customs control and customs clearance of the goods moved through customs border of the Russian Federation with the specialized forwarding organizations based on Article 126 of the Customs code of the Russian Federation I order:

1. Approve the Standard procedure for customs control and customs clearance of the express goods moved through customs border of the Russian Federation with the specialized forwarding organizations (appendix).

2. To management of the organization of customs control (A. V. Galaktionov), to Management of customs regimes (A. G. Vasilyev) to create lists of the customs authorities performing customs clearance of express goods in compliance with the Standard procedure and the specialized forwarding organizations performing movement through customs border of the Russian Federation of the specified goods with use of the Standard procedure.

3. (V. A. Yemelyanov) to provide to the press service of the State Customs Committee of Russia illumination of provisions of this order in mass media after its state registration according to established procedure.

4. Consider this order become effective after thirty days from the date of its official publication.

5. To exercise control of execution of this order to the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of Russia V. V. Shpagin.
