Fulfillment of requirements of Items 4.7 - 4.9 Provisions on procedure of control of cargo delivery in customs of the appointment approved by the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 08.12.98 N 771 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 22.01.99 for N 42/3335 (with changes), is performed by inspection department behind movement of goods of regional customs, customs.
3. Consider invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 24.04.99 N 240 "About approval of the Procedure for filling and use of the preliminary notice", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.05.99 for N 306/3599 (with changes).
