About measures for improvement of financial and economic provision of the livestock companies

Art. 1. - Debts on external credits of the companies for production of pork are refrigerated till December 31, 2010 (appendix 1), provided within the PL-480 Program (tranches of I-V) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), and also debts on the domestic credits granted by the Ministry of Finance as of day of entry into force of this law with payment by installments of their repayment by equal parts during the period from January 1, 2011 to October 1, 2013.

Art. 4. - Debts of the poultry-farming companies are refrigerated till December 31, 2010 (appendix 4) on the external and domestic credits granted by the Ministry of Finance as of day of entry into force of this law with payment by installments of their repayment by equal parts during the period from January 1, 2012 to October 1, 2011 based on the agreements signed with the Ministry of Finance.

Art. 4/1. -       Debts on the percent, penalty fee and other sanctions which are added/applied on the external and domestic credits granted by the Ministry of Finance within the PL-480 Program (tranches of I-V) and the International Bank of Reconstruction of Development (IBRD) to the livestock companies specified in appendices 1 and 4 are written off as of January 1, 2010. Since January 1, 2011 percent are charged and paid quarterly according to the interest rate equal to base rate of National Bank of Moldova.
