1. Approve enclosed the Procedure for selection of investment projects for provision of the state guarantees, use, repayment, accounting and registration of foreign borrowed funds (credits), and also guaranteed by the state of the loans creating the public external debt of the Republic of Tajikistan, and samples of the Guaranty letter (obligation), and also Agreement on provision of the state guarantee.

2. Declare invalid:

the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 17, 1996 No. 273 "About provision of Government guarantees in case of receipt of the foreign credits":

the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of June 29, 1999 No. 249 "About limits on external borrowings and overdue debt".
