About measures for introduction of accumulated portion in the pension system of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of further reforming of the pension system in the Kyrgyz Republic, increases in level of provision of pensions, achievement of financial stability of the pension fund in the medium and long term, attraction of money resources of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic as investments into national economy I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Concept of introduction of accumulated portion in the pension system of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Approve the enclosed Actions plan on introduction of accumulated portion in the pension system of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Plan).

3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic and other executive bodies, and also central public authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic responsible for execution of this Decree and Plan:

- take exhaustive measures for ensuring realization and accomplishment of the Plan in full and at the scheduled time;

- bring in accordance with the established procedure regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic into compliance with this Decree.

4. To social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to dig up additional resources by budget funds of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2008 for introduction of accumulated portion in the pension system of the Kyrgyz Republic and to approve the necessary estimate.

5. Declare invalid the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Concept of further reforming of the pension system in the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 19, 2003 No. 56.

6. To impose control of execution of this Decree on department of economic and social policy of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

7. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
