1. Approve and enact Requirements to effective use of gas and environmental protection when carrying out adjustment works on the toplivoispolzuyushchy equipment which are applied.
2. With enforcement of the called Requirements not to apply:
The temporary requirements of bodies of gosgaznadzor for carrying out adjustment works and inventory count of sources of emissions on the gas-using equipment approved by Management of gas supervision of the USSR 05.04.91 N 179.
