According to the Item "to" of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About protection of the surrounding environment", the Convention "About Information Access, Participation of the Public in Decision Making Process and Access to Justice on Questions Which Concern the Environment" (the Orkhushky convention), in pursuance of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 29.01.2002 of N 34-p "About measures for realization of priority provisions of the Program of integration of Ukraine into the European Union in 2002" and for the purpose of providing the rights of the public to receipt of reliable information about the surrounding environment I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision of ecological information it (is applied).

2. To provide to the chief specialist of Department of interaction with mass media and the public O. Simonovoy submission of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To the head of department of documentary providing L. Shumskaya to bring the Provision to permission of heads of structural divisions of central office, territorial and governmental bodies of public administration of the Ministry.

4. To heads of structural divisions of central office, territorial and governmental bodies of public administration of the Ministry to acquaint the workers with Regulations on procedure for provision of ecological information for taking into account in work.
