Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment of Ukraine of December 18, 2003 No. 169 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of ecological information", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 04, 2004 on No. 156/8755.
2. (Romensky D. V.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to legal department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. I reserve control of execution of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
