About procedure for issue of competence certificates to specialists in customs clearance

In pursuance of item provisions (4) Art. 166 of the Customs code N 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release, 2007) and the Section XI of the Regulations on activities of the customs broker and the specialist in customs clearance accepted by the Order of the Government N 1290 of December 9, 2005. 1. For receipt of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs clearance (further - the certificate) to applicants to submit to Customs Service the application constituted in a free form with indication of the following information: surname, name, birth date and birth place, address, contact telephone number.

2. To enclose to the application:

a) the passport copy (with applied leaf);

b) copies of documents which confirm availability of necessary education (the copy of diplomas, certificates on the termination of specialization courses, other);

c) the proof about payment of duty on issue of the competence certificate of the specialist in customs clearance according to the Law N 1380-XIII of 20.11.1997. "About customs tariff" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of 1.01.2007, p. 4).
