Establish payment due dates of immediate monetary compensation to separate categories of disabled people who for January 1, 2005 stayed on the registry in social security authorities of the population of subjects of the Russian Federation for providing with vehicles free of charge or on favorable terms according to medical indications (daleeedinovremenny monetary compensation):

in 2008 - till December 31, 2008;

in 2009 - till April 1, 2009.

1.1. Payment of immediate monetary compensation is allowed till December 1, 2009 if this compensation was not received by disabled people in the terms established by the paragraph third Item 1 of this order.
