1. Approve:

- form of the reference attached to the cargo customs declaration according to appendix No. 1;

- form of the reference attached to commodity-transport delivery note according to appendix No. 2;

- procedure for filling of the reference attached to the cargo customs declaration and the reference attached to commodity-transport delivery note according to appendix No. 3.

2. Determine that:

- accounting of the reference attached to the cargo customs declaration is performed by the State Customs Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- accounting of the reference attached to commodity-transport delivery note is performed by the State committee of the Kyrgyz Republic on taxes and fees;
