1.2. the limiting index is applied by subjects of business activity to the prices (rates) for specific goods (works, services);
1.3. one-time increase in selling prices (rates) for index extreme size in quarter without registration is in accordance with the established procedure allowed:
on sanatorium and improving services;
on periodicals (newspapers, magazines);
on paid training;
on tickets in the museums;
on goods (works, services) in case of change of selling prices (rates) for which within the established limiting index as a result of their rounding the amount of increase is discarded;
on the separate goods (works, services) determined by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
