1. Claim form of the receipt and the Instruction concerning its application in case of collection of penalties (cash) on site of making of administrative offenses in industry of protection of the surrounding environment that are applied.

2. Term to submit to legal management (M. Kovalenko) in 5-day the order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

Pavlyuk) to provide to Glavekoinspektion centralized production in accordance with the established procedure of forms of receipts as documents of the strict reporting and step-by-step issue to their local divisions of Minekobezopasnosti.
