About approval of Provisional regulations for procedure for carrying out the public biddings on realization of the arrested real estate
In pursuance of Articles 61, 66 Laws of Ukraine "About executive implementation" and before adoption of the Laws of Ukraine "About procedure for carrying out the public biddings", "About implementation of real estate transactions" which will establish procedure for carrying out the public biddings the status of the specialized organizations to which realization of real estate and condition of implementation of real estate transactions is assigned is determined, I ORDER:
1. Approve Provisional regulations for procedure for carrying out the public biddings on realization of the arrested of real estate it (is applied).
2. Assign realization of such property to the specialized organizations determined on tender (competitive) basis which main objectives are ensuring proper storage of the property withdrawn by the state contractors, the organization and carrying out its realization by sale at the public biddings and auctions.
3. To management of organizational support of activities of the public executive service (Yemelyanova I. I.) bring noted order to permission of the chief of Head department of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of regional, Kiev, Sevastopol city justice departments and to provide its proper execution.
