Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules determine the main conditions and procedure for release, placement, the address, repayment and servicing of medium-term currency government issued securities of local executive bodies of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty (daleeobligation) in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) "Depositary" - Central Securities Depository Ltd which performs functions of depositary and the payment bonds agent;
