3) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 4, 2001 No. 1139 "About approval of Rules of release, placement, the address, repayment and servicing of medium-term currency government issued securities of local executive bodies" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, No. 31, the Art. 406).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
