About approval of the Procedure of environmental control of export consignments of scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals by territorial authorities of the State ecological inspection
For the purpose of the prevention of cases of export out of limits of Ukraine with exceeding of regulations of radioactive radiation and ensuring the state control of observance of requirements of the nature protection legislation and regulations of ecological safety during export of scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure of environmental control of export consignments of scrap of ferrous and non-ferrous metals by territorial authorities of the State ecological inspection which is applied.
Grant the right to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources to make explanations concerning application of this Procedure.
2. Ceased to be valid
3. The resolution becomes effective from day of its publication.
