3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- grant to Directorate the right to act as the general customer on construction and reconstruction of objects of small and medium power, and also on construction of necessary power lines;
- in a month to introduce to Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic the bill of the Kyrgyz Republic "About renewable energy resources";
