About creation of the Organization for promotion of export from Moldova

1. Form the Organization for promotion of export from Moldova subordinated to the Ministry of Economics.

2. Give the Organizations for promotion of export from Moldova the status of public institution, having established the priority directions it activities provision to the central industry bodies of required information, and also rendering material and information support for the purpose of development and promotion of state policy on increase in export and investment attraction, cooperation with the specialized international organizations, development and deployment of programs for promotion of the Moldavian goods on the foreign markets.

3. Determine that the Organization for promotion of export from Moldova performs the activities according to the principle of combination of self-financing and financing from the government budget.

To the Ministry of Finance to develop and provide offers on sources and method of financial provision of activities of the specified Organization to 10-day time.
