1. Approve Regulations on trade and economic offices (departments) as a part of diplomatic missions of the Republic of Moldova abroad it (is applied).
2. Trade and economic offices (departments) of the Republic of Moldova created before adoption of this resolution will perform the activities in accordance with the terms, acting for date of creation, before the expiration of mandates of these heads, and also according to the Items 2,3 and 4 provisions, this resolution specified in Item 1.
3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 695 of June 24, 1998. "About creation of trade and economic representations of the Republic of Moldova abroad" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, N 62-65, Art. 646).
