About the Procedure for acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009.

Procedure for acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities

1. This Procedure establishes the mechanism and conditions of acceptance for operation finished with construction of facilities.

2. Acceptance in operation completed by construction of facilities is performed based on the certificate of conformity which is issued by Gosarkhstroyinspektion and its territorial authorities (inspection is farther) in form according to appendix 1.

3. For receipt of the certificate of conformity the customer or it is authorized by it person submits the written application according to appendix 2 inspections which issued permission to accomplishment of construction works, or inspectorates for the location finished by asset construction if were carried out construction works on which accomplishment permission is not required, or construction works were carried out based on the declaration of compliance of material and technical resources to requirements of the legislation.
