1. Approve the enclosed Rules of cost recovery, the bodies of the public fire service made in case of attraction to suppression of the fires in the organizations and on objects on which the fire service shall be without fail created.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 29, 2000 No. 810 "About approval of the Rules of cost recovery connected with suppression of the fires" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 24, the Art. 287);

2) Item of 7 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 2004 No. 695 "About renaming of public institutions - territorial authorities of Committee of treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, modification and amendments and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 25, the Art. 328);

3) Item of 2 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning fire safety, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 11, 2006 No. 760 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning fire safety" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 30, the Art. 322).
