3. Declare invalid the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 7, 2011 No. 44-r "About procedure for the organization and carrying out rescue and other urgent operations in zones of possible earthquakes".

4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
