till February 12, 2007 to perform completion of the software according to the Instruction;
till March 1, 2007 to sign with National Bank of the Republic of Belarus general agreements of term deposit (further - general agreements) and to open in the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus necessary accounts of financial accounting according to the procedure determined by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
4. To assign the organization of work on the conclusion with banks of general contracts in National Bank of the Republic of Belarus to head department of monetary transactions, signing of the specified agreements - on the vice chairman of the board of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus directing activities of head department of monetary transactions.
5. To provide to head department of information technologies input of the necessary software in commercial operation since March 1, 2007.
