2. To chiefs of customs and customs posts in which region of activities there are sea and river ports open for the international freight and (or) passenger traffic:

- organize studying of this order by the staff of subordinate customs authorities;

- develop and approve based on the specified Provision technological schemes of customs clearance and customs control of the courts and goods moved through customs border of the Russian Federation with these courts proceeding from specific conditions of work of departments of customs clearance and customs control, customs posts;
