1. Approve the enclosed Rules of movement through customs border of the Russian Federation of goods by separate categories foreign persons (appendix).

To provide to chiefs of customs and customs posts entering into two-month term from the date of entry into force of this order of changes in technological schemes of customs clearance and customs control taking into account specific conditions of activities of departments of customs clearance and control, customs posts.

3. To head department of the organization of customs control (A. V. Galaktionov), to Management of special equipment and automation of customs technologies (L. M. Ukhlinov), GNIVTS of the State Customs Committee of Russia (S. L. Gusev) to develop accounting treatment in the electronic form for goods moved with separate categories of foreign persons.
