For the purpose of further enhancement of incentive system of talented youth, its broad involvement in vigorous creative activity, support and worthy remuneration of gifted pupils, students and basic doctoral candidates, and also according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 5, 1993 the No. UP-555 "About Measures of Encouragement to the Studying Youth of Uzbekistan" Cabinet of Ministers decides realization of the tasks set in the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 29, 2008 No. PP-805 "About the State program "Year of youth":
1. Approve:
Regulations on the state grants of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for basic doctoral candidates and procedure for their appointment according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on the state grants of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for students and procedure for their appointment according to appendix No. 2;
Regulations on the state grants and procedure for their appointment according to appendix No. 3;
Regulations on holding the republican Olympic Games, tenders and sports competitions according to appendix No. 4;
Regulations on procedure for encouragement of pupils of the academic lyceums, professional colleges and comprehensive schools - winners of the international and republican Olympic Games, tenders, competitions according to appendix No. 5.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan annually in case of creation of the draft of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide allocation of necessary budgetary appropriations on encouragement and material stimulation of gifted youth according to the approved provisions.
