For the purpose of realization of actions of 5 and 6 Sections "Optimization of Activities of the Center for Fight against Economic Crimes and Corruption" of the Action program for implementation of the Preliminary plan of the Republic of Moldova within the Program of the USA "Challenges of the Millennium" approved by the Order of the Government No. 32 of January 11, 2007, the Government DECIDES:
1. Approve:
Regulations on Civil council on monitoring of the Center for fight against economic crimes and corruption according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on competitive candidate screen in members of Civil council on monitoring of the Center for fight against economic crimes and corruption according to appendix No. 2.
2. To the Ministry of Justice to organize within a month competitive candidate screen in members of Civil council on monitoring of the Center for fight against economic crimes and corruption.
