3. The chief of Service on the state supervision of medical activities is allowed to have 1 deputy and limit of office cars in number of 5 units, including 2 units for Central office.

4. To perform financing of Central office of Service on the state supervision of medical activities at the expense of means of the republican budget.

I. General provisions

1. The service of the state supervision of medical activities (further Service), is the body of the state executive authority exercising the state supervision of medical activities.
