The code of PB 11-562-03 is appropriated to these rules
1.1. Safety rules for pipe production (daleepravil) establish requirements which observance ensures industrial safety in the specified productions, are directed to the prevention of accidents, industrial traumatism and ensuring readiness of the organizations operating hazardous production facilities to localization and mitigation of consequences of accidents and extend to all pipe productions of the organizations, irrespective of them organizationally legal forms and patterns of ownership.
1.2. Designing, construction, operation, reconstruction, expansion, modernization, preservation, liquidation of steel-smelting productions, production, installation, adjustment, servicing and repair of technical devices, carrying out preparation and employee assessment is performed according to requirements of these rules, "General rules of industrial safety for the organizations performing activities in the field of industrial safety of the hazardous production facilities" (further - OPPB) approved by the resolution of Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia of 18.10.02 N 61-A, the registered Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation 28.11.02, рег. 1.3. The procedure and conditions of safe operation of technical devices, conducting engineering procedures and works are determined by the corresponding instructions developed and approved in accordance with the established procedure.
2.1. All loading and unloading works in warehouses of procurements of pipes and finished goods are made according to the technological instructions approved by the technical lead of the organization and shall be mechanized.

2.3. In warehouses of procurements and finished goods along railway deadlocks it is necessary to arrange platforms with width of at least 0,8 of m.

2.22. Transfer of rolls from warehouse in working flight of the workshop and to machines of longitudinal cutting of tape is made by means of the mechanism equipped with the tilter of rolls, or the electrobridge cranes equipped with load gripping devices.
2.23. The mechanism for transportation of rolls shall be equipped with sound signal.
2.24. Rolls of big and small diameters need to be warehoused separately.
2.25. The design of racks for warehousing shall provide their stability when loading with rolls.
