1. Approve the List of diseases in the presence of which person cannot be the adoptive father who is applied.

2. To provide to department of the organization of medical care of MZ of Ukraine (Zhdanov M. P.) in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the deputy minister Lazorishints V. V.
