1. Approve Conditions and rules of implementation of activities for production of sources of ionizing radiation which are attached.
2. In five-day time after signing of the order to provide to the head of department of regulation of safety of radiation technologies and devices of Department of nuclear regulation Golubev V. S. its provision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. In a month after registration of the order to provide to the director of the State scientific and technological center of nuclear and radiation safety Vasilchenko V. M. replication of this regulation.
4. In ten-day time after registration of the order to provide to the head of department of regulation of safety of radiation technologies and devices of Department of nuclear regulation Golubev V. S. mailing of this regulation according to the register of mailing.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister - the Head of the department of nuclear regulation Smyshlyaev O. E.
