According to Item 2 the part one of article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance from labor accident and the occupational disease which entailed disability" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 11.07.2001 N 826 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out expenses on burial in case of the death of the victim from labor accident or occupational disease" board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Establish the sizes of expenses on burial and the funeral services connected with it in case of the death of the victim from labor accident or occupational disease (further - expenses on burial) for managements of executive directorate of Fund social work accident insurance and occupational diseases of Ukraine (further - Fund) in areas Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of board of Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases of Ukraine of 06.03.2006 N 13 "About expenses on burial in case of the death of insured person from labor accident or occupational disease".
