1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the organization and functioning of unified information system of education.

2. To department of the development strategy (Irsaliyev S.A.):

1) to provide this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to bring this order to all regional, the cities of Astana and Almaty of managements (departments) of education, higher educational institutions.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 20, 2004 No. 1037 "About approval of Rules of the organization and functioning of unified information system of education" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 3353, No. published in "The legal newspaper" of September 27, 2005 177).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the responsible secretary of Kuanganov F. Sh.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
