2. To department of strategic planning and information technologies (Nurmagambetov A. A.) provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) after passing of state registration publication of this order in mass media.
3. Declare invalid:
1) the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 3, 2008 No. 548 "About approval of Rules of the organization and functioning of unified information system of education" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 5343, No. 170 published in "The legal newspaper" of November 7, 2008 (1570)).
2) the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 18, 2009 No. 528 "About entering of amendments and changes into the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 3, 2008 No. 548 "About approval of Rules of the organization and functioning of unified information system of education" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan at No. 5947, No. published in "The legal newspaper" of December 24, 2009 195).
