About the list of documents and procedure for control of target use of the vehicles which are temporarily imported on customs area of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of realization of item 4 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11.03.2003 N 147 "About additional measures of the state support of the Russian road transport intended for international carriages" ("The Russian newspaper" of 15.03.2003 of N 49), we order:

1. Determine that the documents confirming use for international carriages of goods of vehicles (the Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes of Russia 8701 20 101 2, 8704 23 910 4, 8716 39 300 1, 8716 39 300 2, 8716 39 590 1), temporarily imported with full relief from customs duties and taxes, except customs duties for customs clearance, according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 11.03.2003 N 147 "About additional measures of the state support of the Russian road transport intended for international carriages" are commodity-transport superimposed (CMR), provided by the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road, and also any other transport documents confirming availability of the agreement of international delivery of goods.

It is allowed to use the vehicle for internal cargo hauling provided that:

- internal transportation is made from the place of completion of international delivery of load to the place or is whenever possible close to the place where the vehicle shall be loaded by the goods intended for export from customs area of the Russian Federation;

- internal transportation is made once without making of intermediate transactions.
