About additional measures of the state support of the Russian road transport intended for international carriages

Based on articles 2 and 3 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff" and Article 72 of the Customs code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Ceased to be valid since January 1, 2007.

2. Provide concerning vehicles (the Commodity Nomenclatures of Foreign Economic Activity codes of Russia 8701 20 101 3, 8704 23 910 8, 8716 39 300 1, 8716 39 300 2, 8716 39 590 1), imported on customs area of the Russian Federation and placed under customs regime of temporary import, full relief from customs duties and taxes, except charges for customs clearance, on all useful life on condition of their use for implementation of international carriages of goods.

3. Determine that action of Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 16, 2000 N 599 "About the inventory, temporarily imported (exported) with full conditional release from payment customs duties and taxes" (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, N 34, the Art. 3478) does not extend to the goods specified in Item 2 of this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation to determine the list of the documents confirming use of the vehicles specified in Item 2 of this resolution for implementation of international carriages of goods and procedure for control of use of these vehicles for present purposes.
