About the inventory, temporarily imported (exported) with full conditional release from payment customs duties and taxes

For the purpose of settlement, the customs privileges connected with provision in case of temporary import (export) of goods, and based on Articles 24, the Government of the Russian Federation decides 72 and 109 Customs codes of the Russian Federation:

1. Approve the enclosed inventory, temporarily imported (exported) with full conditional release from payment customs duties and taxes.

Provide full conditional release from payment of customs duties and taxes concerning the goods specified in the approved list which term of temporary import (export) does not exceed one year if other is not provided in the list.

In case of prolongation of term of temporary import (export) of the goods specified in the approved list, over one year partial exemption of customs duties and taxes according to the Customs code of the Russian Federation is applied.

2. Determine that concerning the goods imported on customs area of the Russian Federation or exported from this territory and declared to customs regime of temporary import (export) with full conditional release from payment of customs duties and taxes based on separate decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation before entry into force of this resolution conditions of customs regime of temporary import (export) before the expiration of the declared term of temporary import (export) remain.

3. Determine that settlement, connected with implementation of this resolution, is assigned to the Commission of the Government of the Russian Federation on protective measures in foreign trade and customs and tariff policy.
