About approval of the List of dangerous properties and instructions concerning control of cross-border transportations of dangerous wastes and their utilization / removal

Due to the enforcement since September 1, 2000 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 13, 2000 N 1120 "About approval of the Regulations on control of cross-border transportations of dangerous wastes and their utilization / removal and Yellow and Green lists of waste" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

The list of dangerous properties (is attached);

The instruction concerning filling of the notice (is attached);

The instruction concerning filling of the document on transportation (is attached);

The instruction for receipt of the International code of identification of waste (is attached).

2. (Tolstikov V.) together with Normative legal department of Department of planning, coordination and development (Maksimchuk S.) to provide to management of waste of Department of ecological safety state registration of noted Lists and instructions in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. (Tolstikov V.) to provide to management of waste of Department of ecological safety the necessary number of copies of noted documents and together with Management of clerical work and control of accomplishment of Administrative department (Anikin N.) in two weeks after state registration in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring the approved Lists and instructions to the organizations and the organizations relating to the sphere of management of the Ministry, interested the ministries and other central executive bodies.

4. To management of the European integration and international cooperation of Department of planning, coordination and development (Vodolaskov V.) in a month after state registration in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to organize rassylaniye in accordance with the established procedure of the approved Lists and instructions together with noted resolution out of limits of Ukraine.

5. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of protection of the surrounding environment and nuclear safety of Ukraine of 10.10.97 N 164 "About approval of lists of waste and their dangerous properties and instructions concerning control of cross-border transportation of waste and their utilization / removal", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.10.97 N 502/2306.

6. To impose control of execution of the order on the deputy minister M. Stetsenko.

                 трении вызывать или усиливать пожар.
         
  4.2      H4.2  Вещества или отходы, способные самовоспламеняться
         
                 Вещества или    отходы,    способные    спонтанно
                 разогреваться  при  нормальных условиях перевозки
                 или нагреваться при контакте с воздухом,  а потом
                 воспламеняться.
         
  4.3      H4.3  Вещества  или отходы, выделяющие огнеопасные газы
                 при взаимодействии с водой
         
                 Вещества или отходы, которые при взаимодействии с
                 водой способны  самовоспламеняться  или  выделять
                 легковоспламеняющиеся газы в опасных количествах.

  5.1      H5.1  Окислительные вещества
         
                 Вещества или отходы,  сами по себе не обязательно
                 горючие,  но  которые за счет выделения кислорода
                 могут  повлечь   за   собой   возгорание   других
