For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for passing of military service by citizens of Turkmenistan to peace time I decide:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for passing of military service.
2. To the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan, the State Border Service of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of homeland security of Turkmenistan, the industry ministries and departments to which specialized military forming, to hyakimlika of welayats and mountains are assigned.
