About enhancement of procedure for entrance, departure and stay of foreign citizens in Turkmenistan

1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on procedure for entrance, departure and stay of foreign citizens in Turkmenistan;

Regulations on procedure for collection of the consular fees of Turkmenistan.

2. For the purpose of strengthening of responsibility for violation of procedure for entrance, departure and stay of foreign citizens in Turkmenistan to determine that:

a) violation by foreign citizens and stateless persons of the Provision approved by this resolution and other regulatory legal acts regulating procedure for entrance, departure and stay of foreign citizens in Turkmenistan attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of 10 to 20 minimum wages or expulsion from Turkmenistan with the subsequent restriction in entry into Turkmenistan for up to 5 years;

b) violation by officials of the companies, organizations, organizations of all patterns of ownership accepting in Turkmenistan foreign citizens and stateless persons, established procedure of their registration, registration and prolongation of visas by it, execution of documents for them on residence right, movements and changes of the residence in Turkmenistan attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of 10 to 20 minimum wages;
