About transfer of the reconnoitered fields of hydrocarbons for industrial development
For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory base on transfer of explored reserves of hydrocarbons to industrial development, and also considering the economic importance and need of the accelerated drawing into economic circulation of the gas and gas-condensate fields of southeast Turkmenistan prepared for industrial development, I decide:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for transfer of the reconnoitered fields (deposits) of oil and gas for industrial development.
2. The Turkmengeologiya state corporation to transfer from the balance to fixed assets of Turkmengaz State concern according to Regulations on procedure for transfer of the reconnoitered fields (deposits) of oil and gas for industrial development of the field Garabil, Gurrukbil, Gundogar Tutly and Garashsyzlyk.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Vice-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Gurbanmuradov E.

1. This Provision establishes procedure for transfer of the reconnoitered mineral deposits by concern, corporation (department) which performed exploration works for industrial development to concern (department) performing operation of fields and extends to oil and gas deposits which inventories are approved by the State Commission on Mineral Reserves under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
Transfer is made for industrial development of mineral deposits which inventories affirm the central commissions on inventories of minerals of concerns and corporation according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
